SalesDraft Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 26, 2026. SalesDraft (Stack Integrated), 2578 W 600 N Ste 100A, Lindon, UT 84042, USA.
1. No unsolicited bulk messaging
SalesDraft does not send, and does not permit any customer, partner, vendor or other person acting on its behalf to send, unsolicited bulk SMS, email, or other electronic messages that promote, link to, or reference salesdraft.io, app.salesdraft.io, salesdrafttext.com, or any other SalesDraft domain. We treat the promotion of our domains by unsolicited bulk messages as a violation of this policy regardless of who sent them, and we act on it.
2. Consent
Job applicants receive text messages about an application only after they apply to that employer's job and give written consent to SMS as part of the application. Consent is specific to the employer and application for which it was given; it is not transferred, sold, rented, or reused for other employers, jobs, or marketing. Applicants who do not consent are not texted. We do not send to purchased, rented, scraped, or shared lists, and customers may not import such lists into our platform.
3. Records
We keep a record of each consent, including the time, the source, the language the applicant saw, the answer given, and the phone number, and we produce it on request to a carrier, messaging provider, mailbox provider, or reputation service.
4. Opting out
Replying STOP, or any plain-language request to stop, ends all further messages to that number in a single step; at most one confirmation is sent. Opted-out numbers are not re-added. Every marketing email contains a working unsubscribe link honored within one business day.
5. Reporting abuse
Report any unwanted message that references a SalesDraft domain to abuse@salesdraft.io (postmaster@salesdraft.io also works), including the full message. We acknowledge every report, investigate within two business days, and tell the reporter what we did.
6. Enforcement
A customer, user, or integration found sending messages that violate this policy will have messaging suspended immediately pending review and may have its account terminated. A second confirmed violation within six months results in termination. We cooperate with our messaging and email providers and with anti-abuse organizations in investigating violations.
7. Legal floor
All messaging through SalesDraft must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation where applicable, and the acceptable use policies of our providers (Telnyx, Twilio, Google, HubSpot, Stripe). Legal compliance is the minimum; recipient consent and expectations govern.
8. Relationship to other policies
This policy is separate from, and in addition to, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
