Ethan Whitehead brings a unique perspective to SalesDraft, shaped by his experience as VP of Business Operations, VP of Sales Operations, and Director of Sales Enablement in the residential construction industry, specifically in roofing and solar. In his most recent role, he reported directly to the CEO and led the internal teams responsible for building and managing the technology supporting sales, operations, and finance.

His work included developing in-house systems for sales recruiting, performance tracking, commission management, production workflows, and financial reporting—giving him a deep, practical understanding of the operational challenges faced by high-growth teams. Ethan’s personal connection to the problems SalesDraft solves comes from leading the very teams that built these solutions from within.

Jared Biesinger - CRO

Jared Biesinger brings decades of sales leadership and entrepreneurial success to SalesDraft. He has built and led large, high-performing sales organizations from the ground up, with a career rooted in creating the systems, culture, and strategy needed to scale effectively.

Jared co-founded one of the nation’s largest residential solar companies, where he was directly responsible for building and scaling the sales organization that fueled the company’s explosive growth. He also co-founded Solo LLC, the industry-leading proposal and design software for solar sales teams, which he successfully exited through a private equity acquisition.

With firsthand experience in what it takes to grow and lead elite sales teams, Jared brings unmatched insight into how the right tools and structure can drive performance.

Garrett Franklin - CTO

Garrett Franklin brings deep technical expertise to SalesDraft, shaped by years of experience building business-critical technology across high-growth industries. With a background in computer science and a career focused on systems of record, internal platforms, and data infrastructure, Garrett has led the development of tools that streamline operations and power decision-making across departments.

Before co-founding SalesDraft, he worked on large-scale software initiatives in the residential construction space and later directed internal technology teams responsible for CRM development, recruiting automation, and end-to-end data pipeline management. His work focused on turning fragmented processes into scalable, intelligent systems that align with real business needs.
